Yoga Classes for Children and Teens
Yoga offers young people a wonderful way to build confidence, improve focus, and develop physical and emotional awareness—all in a supportive and non-competitive environment.
I’m qualified through the British Wheel of Yoga Certificate in Teaching Yoga to Children and Teens, which means classes are carefully designed to suit each age group’s stage of development. Sessions are playful, creative, and calming—encouraging children and teens to connect with their bodies, breath, and emotions in a healthy, positive way.
What to expect in classes:

🤸♀️ Age-appropriate yoga postures (asanas) to build strength and flexibility
🌬️ Breath awareness and simple pranayama techniques to help with calm and focus

Classes are inclusive and welcoming, whether your child is brand new to yoga or already enjoys movement and mindfulness.
